Business Machine 0021: Mike Bass of Friedland Industries and Connect and Haul

Today on the Business Machine is Mike Bass. Mike is account representative of Friedland Industries and founder of Connect and Pull. He also is a musician and host his own podcast, Running a Family Business.

Mission

To educate the public on recycling, scrap, and environmental services. In 10 years, Mike wants to offer a family-friendly experience of Friedland Industries in the hopes to engage and educate more people. He also would like to see more manufacturers come back to Michigan.

Learning From Our Mistakes

A mistake Mike learned from was not validating the demand for a product or service before diving into the efforts of starting the idea. The value of researching the market before entering.
